Three Guarantees Rule

1. Guarantee content:
When you buy a company's vehicle, quality problems occur due to unqualified materials or manufacturing, the company will provide free maintenance (hereinafter referred to as warranty) in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Three Guarantees regulations.
2. Warranty period:
The warranty period of the product is 2 years or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), beyond which the warranty card will be invalidated (the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the vehicle and the valid invoice of the vehicle is used).
3. Warranty scope:
1) During the Three Guarantees period, the vehicle will be affected by quality problems, which will affect its normal use and enjoy warranty service.
2) The three packs of the following parts are valid for three months: spark plugs, brake shoe blocks, brake pads, drive chains (drive belts), drive sprocket, drive rollers, clutch friction plates, air filter components, tires, inner tubes.
3) The warranty period for the following parts is 2 years or 20,000 kilometers, except for non-quality problems:
Car body, engine components: car body, magneto stator, magneto rotor, crankshaft connecting rod, crankcase, cylinder block, piston, piston ring, cylinder head, valve, valve rocker, valve rocker shaft, camshaft, variable speed Gear, transmission shaft, shift fork and shaft, timing chain, timing sprocket, oil pump, clutch, side cover, carburetor (except needle valve).

5) The three-package warranty for parts not mentioned above is valid for one year or 12,000 kilometers. For other items that are not guaranteed, please refer to the “Three Guarantees Regulations” section of the “Worry Free Service Certificate”.
